Our Team

The SEEDS staff is comprised of dedicated individuals whose contributions are critical to our success.  Our credits include public school districts, transition classrooms, Arc-San Diego, San Diego Regional Center, multiple work programs,  parent groups including SELPA and PASS, San Diego Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Fire Department, FEMA, Department of Homeland Security and the International Conference on Disability and Abuse Prevention.

Founder and Executive Director

Stacy F. Everson is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and Public Health.  She has national certification in developmental disabilities and family life education.  She is the Founder & Executive Director of SEEDS Educational Services, Inc.  She specializes in social-sexual education,  speaking/trainings, work-shops & conferences,  coordinating and collaboration with other agencies in creating effective educational tools and opportunities  for people with intellectual disabilities. Arlene-Jane Tinga, MA, PPS

Assistant Executive Director

Arlene-Jane (Arlene) Tinga has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women Studies from University of California Riverside. She is a graduate from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo with a Master’s degree in Education and a Specialization in Guidance and Counseling with Pupil Personnel Service Credential. She is also a graduate from San Francisco State University with a Master’s degree in Sexuality Studies. She has been working with the developmental disabilities community since 2006 and is member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapist.
